Established in 2000, President Plastics Pty Ltd is one of the most innovative PVC compound manufacturers in South Africa. We manufacture PVC compound and specialize in Halogen Free PVC, TPR and EVA PVC compound.
President Plastics Pty Ltd has a production capacity of 8,000 metric Tons of PVC per year, with five production lines to ensure that our output is perfectly coordinated. Since 2010, we have upgraded all our machinery and equipment to an automation system. The system is computerised equipment that controls all five production lines, which reduces most human mistakes and increases the quality and accuracy of our products.
President Plastics Pty Ltd complies with the internationally recognised
Quality Management System: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
All of our raw materials and all our manufacturers are controlled through rigorous analytical methods, which guarantee consistency and quality in our production.
For the Automotive industry, President Plastics is currently the only PVC Compound supplier in South Africa. Our quality is certified by an automotive cable & accessories manufacturer. And we are busy preparing to get our PVC compound approved by a few cable & accessories manufacturers that supply to vehicle manufacturers.
